We collect only what we need to sell you a digital file and to send what you ask for.
Your email address when you buy or take the free download. Your payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see your card number). If you tick the optional box on the free download form, we also record when you ticked it and the exact wording you saw. When you browse the site we set a first-party cookie called dwq_sid that holds a random ID, and we note which page you opened and the link you came from (for example a campaign tag), so we can see which links bring people here. We do not use third-party analytics.
To send you your download and to run the shop. Only if you tick the optional box, to send you emails about new DearWeiQi coloring books and offers: two welcome emails in the first days after you sign up, and news after that when we have something to share. The free download does not depend on that box.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we stop sending marketing emails and keep only what we need to remember not to email you again. You can also write to us and we will unsubscribe you.
Stripe processes payments. Google (Gmail) delivers our emails. Our website runs on a server rented from a hosting company. We do not sell your data.
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reasons above. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time.
